GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. The candidate should fill the online application form, should take a printout, sign it and should be submitted along with the enclosures at the time of the admission process in the Admin office.

2. The candidate has to pay Rs.1000/- (Non-Refundable) towards application fee at the time of admission.

3. Before filling the application form make sure that the candidate should have a recent passport size scanned photograph for uploading into the form.Scanned photograph should be the recent one (Size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).

4. Photograph with cap and goggles are not allowed.

5. Size of the photograph to be uploaded must be between 10 - 50 kb.

6. The candidates should bring all the original documents along with the printed and signed application form for verification during the admission.
